Parishuttle Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS - All reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of arrival / departure. The confirmation of the reservation will be e-mailed to the client once it has been accepted. All departures from Paris must be reconfirmed by the client at least 24 hours before departure. Parishuttle do not operate outside of Paris (i.e. Parishuttle only operates in department 75, or close suburbs). Hours of operation; 4am till 11pm inclusive. Clients are asked to observe punctuality during pick up times. Parishuttle will not be liable where vehicles have to proceed without passengers who have failed to meet the vehicle at the required time agreed between the Agent / Client and Parishuttle. Cancellations / modifications must be made by the client at least 24 hours in advance of transfer in order to qualify for a refund.

CANCELLATION - For any cancellation made by the client, the following cancellation fees will apply : More than 48 hours before the transfer, penalty equals 5% of the total price, 24 - 48 hours before transfer, penalty equals 50% of the total price, less than 24 hours before the transfer : no refund.

ARRIVALS - All clients must phone Parishuttle on the toll free number 0800 699 699 as soon as they land and before baggage reclaim. No coins or calling cards are required when calling this number from a phone booth. Upon calling, clients will be told where to meet Parishuttle vehicles.

LATE ARRIVALS - Parishuttle will wait for up to one hour after the flight arrival of inbound clients before leaving the airport. Parishuttle do not take any responsability for late arrivals that exceed this waiting time. In the event of an extremely late arrival clients will, wherever possible, be picked up from the airport at the convenience of Parishuttle. If Parishuttle are unable to pick up the client then any claims of re-imbursement should be directed towards the airline concerned. In the unlikely event of an error on the part of Parishuttle , we undertake to resolve the problem directly with the client and if needs be provide alternative means of transport to enable the client to reach his destination.

STRIKES & PROTESTS - Parishuttle do not take any responsability for any arrival / departure transfers affected by strikes & / or protests in France. Parishuttle reserve the right to alter pick up times in the event of the fore-mentioned circumstances.

ACTS OF WAR & TERRORISM - Parishuttle will not take responsability for any arrival / departure transfers affected by acts of war & / or terrorism throughout the world.Parishuttle reserve the right to alter pick up times in the event of the fore-mentioned circumstances.

VEHICLES - In extreme circumstances and peak periods, Parishuttle reserves the right to replace their minibus with other forms of transport taxi,minibus,car etc. that will not necessarily be in Parishuttle livery.

LUGGAGE - Each passenger may take one suitcase plus one hand-carried luggage free of charge. Additional items will cost as follows and are payable directly to the driver:

Any other items not mentioned above will be charged at the drivers discretion. Any lost property found aboard Parishuttle vehicles will be returned to head office.Clients are asked to collect lost property from this address. Parishuttle do not take any responsibilty for any luggage lost /stolen or damaged from their vehicles or during pick up and drop off times.

SMOKING - Clients are requested to observe the no smoking rule on board Parishuttle vehicles.

PARIS NET - Parisnet.net/Parisnet.com and its owner, Karma Labs Inc., take no responsibility for any disputes or claims resulting from the client's transaction with Parishuttle. Karma Labs makes no guarantees concerning Parishuttle.
